Indian Web Host ZNet Offers SmarterTools Products to Customers

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Indian hosting provider ZNet (http://www.znetindia.com/) announced last week it has renewed its partnership with SmarterTools (http://www.smartertools.com/) to offer the software to customers.
The move comes a few weeks after ZNet began offering customers multi-location hosting at its Indian and US data centers.

Under the terms of the partnership, customers that purchase Windows – VPS and Dedicated hosting will receive professional editions of the SmarterMail mail server, SmarterStats Web log analytics and SEO software, and SmarterTrack customer service software at no additional charge. The software bundle is valued at $800.

"We feel that the Smartertools products are the best solutions that we can provide to our Windows VPS/Dedicated hosting customers. SmarterMail is a more affordable alternative to Microsoft, offering enterprise-level functionality to businesses, ISPs, and Web hosting environments.
The hosted email offers a range of features including a rich Webmail interface, file storage, detailed reporting, events/notifications, throttling, email archiving, intrusion detection/prevention, advanced synchronization, out-of-the-box antispam and antivirus.

There are also  optional add-ons for Exchange ActiveSync, Commtouch Premium Antispam, and Commtouch Zero-hour Antivirus.

SmarterStats is comprehensive Web log analytics and SEO software that delivers relevant, accurate, and detailed website statistics to help businesses increase conversions and maximize ROI.

Finally, SmarterTrack is a help desk application built for tracking, managing, and reporting on customer service and communications, including sales and support issues.
The features include a ticket system, live chat, call logs, time logs, Who’s On, branding and language support, cost analysis, data mining, reporting, surveys, a task management system, and a knowledge base.

Web Host ZNet Offers Multi-Location Hosting at Indian and US Data Centers

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Indian hosting provider ZNet Technologies (www.znetindia.com) announced on Thursday it is now offering customers multi-location hosting at its Indian and US data centers.

ZNet customers can now choose the server location for shared, reseller, VPS and dedicated server hosting.

The announcement comes a couple of months after the launch of ZNetsupport, which offers dedicated 24-hour server, technical and sales support services to the global clientele.

ZNet said it was previously running www.znet.in to provide hosting at Indian data center.

The company now merged znet.in to znetindia.com by providing option to users to choose the data center/server location.

The prices are almost the same for hosting at both the data centers, says ZNet. The option of choosing data center/server location is available in Windows & Linux shared hosting, Windows & Linux VPS, Windows & Linux Dedicated plans & Linux Reseller plans.

ZNety will soon provide an option to Windows resellers to choose an Indian data center in addition to the current US data center option.

Customers also have the option to migrate their website from US to Indian data center or Indian to US data center.

The company recently became a Parallels Gold Partner in India to delivers cloud services to small businesses with Parallels Plesk Panel 10. In addition, the company added Microsoft Silver Server Platform Competency.

"Providing hosting at Indian data center will surely speed up the website for Indian customers," said Munesh Jadoun, CEO of ZNet Technologies. "Talking from webmasters point of view, it will also help in getting a target audience through increased search engine rankings for generic domains."
