AOL’s Paid Services group manages access subscriptions as well as WOW! Deal of the Day and dozens of other premium subscription services including, AOL Computer Checkup and SafeSocial. The group’s two primary missions are to care for AOL’s access service subscribers, and engage existing and new consumers with premium subscription offerings ranging from PC utilities and safety & security products to online entertainment and health & fitness services.

Singleton comes to AOL after a number of years as an IT Strategy & Implementation Executive/Principal Consultant. He was responsible for leading all aspects of engagements with high-profile clients. He examined customer needs and crafted innovative online strategies. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger Corporation where he held worldwide responsibility for the company’s Information Technology division. Before joining Tommy Hilfiger, he was with Raytheon Company as head of worldwide E-Commerce, Vice President and Chief Information Officer for divisions of Honeywell Aerospace and Honeywell Automotive (formerly AlliedSignal), and Chief Information Officer for Columbia Energy.
Singleton holds a Carnegie Mellon Award for Excellence in Information Technology, three ComputerWorld Smithsonian award nominations, and a Florida Governor’s Special Recognition. Additionally, he has written numerous articles for business, news and trade publications such as the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and ComputerWorld.
Singleton is a graduate of the Executive Management Marketing Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Liberal Studies & Business from the University of Central Florida.
